Dr. Mikao Usui a Japanese theologist rediscovered it and named it Reiki which means universal life force energy. You will learn about aura and chakra, 5 principles of Reiki, you will get 1st degree attunement and then yu have to practice self healing for 21 days. Then you will be given 3 symbols and attunement. Once you learn those symbols I will teach you how to use those symbols in variety of meditations and 21 days self healing. In 2nd degree you learn how to put yourself in Reiki protection shield so that you can give healing to others and send Reiki to someone across distance and time.
